CFE track workouts are offered FREE as part of your CrossFit Central membership. We meet twice weekly for a coached workout. CFE Elements is not required in order to attend the track workouts. Every Wed at 6AM with Melisa Rehm and every Thurs at 6PM with Eric Wood at O'Henry Middle School Track.
With progression, you will CrossFit two or more times a week with your CrossFit Central coach. You will also attend 1 coached CFE workout and have 2-3 CFE workouts for homework. The typical cycle for your endurance workouts is 1 interval, 1 tempo/stamina, and 1 more interval workout.
In order to get the most out of our CFE classes, technique is critical. To get that solid technical running foundation, attend our CFE Elements course.
Class Times: Each month-long session consists of a Monday and Wednesday meeting the first week, followed by Monday meetings for the remainder of the month.
CFE Elements courses are led by our CFE Head Coaches: Lisa Thiel and Carey Kepler.
