Relentless Adventure Challenge

The 8 week Relentless Adventure Challenge is designed to help you get fit and reach your goals in 2010! This challenge will empower you and challenge you. It will be a fun team challenge that will keep you accountable. Whatever your goals are in the New Year -- this challenge will help you achieve them!

Relentless Adventure Challenge - A Team challenge
This 8 week Challenge is a 3 person team challenge. The benchmark challenges will be completed as a team. The workouts, food logs, and all other information will be sent out to the entire team. Grab two of your friends and sign up!

When you make the Commitment to the I Am CrossFit Program You Receive:
* 8 Weeks of workouts emailed to you to complete on your days off from your regular boot camp
* Relentless Adventure Challenge T-Shirt
* Free Entrance to 2 exclusive Adventure Challenge Seminars - Goal Setting and Nutrition Seminar
* 2 Team Benchmark Workouts
* Goal Setting, Goal Assessments, Body Measurements, & Pictures (Pre Program & Post Program)
* A Relentless coach who will hold you accountable, help you with training and nutrition, and keep you motivated!

Required Attendance at the following Events:
 

Feb 5th- Relentless Adventure Challenge Kick off (Goal Setting)- check in from 6:00 to 6:45PM. Goal setting from 7:00-8:00PM
Feb 6th- Relentless Adventure Challenge- check in at 7AM; Challenge 7:30-8:30AM
Feb 9th- Relentless Adventure Challenge Nutrition meeting at 12:15PM & 7PM
Feb 16th- make up Nutrition meeting if unable to attend on the 9th at 12:15 and 7PM 

March 27th- Relentless Adventure Challenge Finale- check in at 7AM; Challenge 7:30-8:30AM

 

The Cost: $133 per person for the 8 Week Program

CrossFit Central's Free Community Workout is today! This workout is a great way to kick off your weekend and is open to everyone - no experience necessary. Print this Waiver, fill it out, and bring it with you to the workout of your choice.

Where: TownLake Under the Bridge on the Hike & Bike Trail (Map)

Time: 8:30-9:30AM

What: This workout is similar to Relentless Boot Camp. Expect body weight resistance exercises, med ball work, and other explosive interval training.
