Sunday, 03.07.10: Station Work

The Tu/Th 6:15AM Womens-Only boot camp at Anderson HS participated in a timed station workout. Lunges, renegade rows, med ball situps, and dumbbell cleans were a part of the workout.

We are in week 2 of classes. It is never too late to drop-in to a boot camp each month. Try out a class this week for FREE.
