5 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) with a 6lb medicine ball-
10 overhead situps
15 thrusters
20 push press
25 russian twists
This is a quick workout each boot camper did at the beginning of class to measure their progress from 3 months ago.

Relentless boot campers took on the Sprint to Fight Gone Bad challenge during the month of September to gear up for FGB this weekend. Coach Lisa Bender has her Jack & Adam's boot campers running to gear up for Saturday. Who is going to take 1st place out of the Relentless boot camps????

Relentless boot campers formed teams of 5 to take on Fight Gone Bad September 26th at The Long Center. Each team member is raising $100 and participating in 1 round of FGB. Each boot camp team is battling the other boot camp teams for the most points. The Lake Pointe Team (pic above) took on a simulated FGB to prepare for next Saturday. Who is going to win it?
