Friday, 09.03.10: F.I.T. Workout

The 5:30am Tu/Th Deep Eddy class finishes off their morning workout with seated tabata medicine ball shoulder press. The key to this exercise is to keep midline stabilization with good posture and full extension of the arms.

Thursday, 09.02.10: Med Ball Pushups

Pushups performed on a medicine ball are a great way to develop upper body strength and midline stability. Wednesday, 09.01.10: Competitive

The male athletes in the Tu/Th 6:30am class at Deep Eddy Park are stepping up their competitive nature with the addition of 3 new guys in class this month. Part of the workout was to complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of the following: 9 American swings, 7/7 KB clean & press, 5 broad jumps, run.
